Hybrid bioinformatics workshops:

The Australian BioCommons / EMBL-ABR offers free hands-on bioinformatics workshops around Australia. Registrations are now open for ‘Implementing Scalable Bioinformatics Workflows in Snakemake & Nextflow‘. This two-part workshop will implement a common analytical pipeline in both Nextflow and Snakemake, demonstrating the core concepts of both workflow managers while providing a means to compare and contrast the two. The workshop is intended for life science researchers with command line experience who use bioinformatics workflows in their research. Join your local group on 25-26 September to hear from expert lead trainers and undertake hands on tutorials with the support of local trained facilitators.
