Unfortunately the file systems controllers have failed, resulting in a system wide outage on all clusters. We have made good progress on identifying the problem. However, due to the size and complexity of our file systems, it may take days before the system can verify and rebuild itself. At this stage we estimate that our systems will be available late Monday or early Tuesday.
